We’re Dr. Adam and Malissa Bussey—a husband-and-wife team dedicated to helping people live healthier, more fulfilling lives through science-backed holistic wellness, lifestyle medicine, and respiratory health.


With years of experience in primary care, mental health, lifestyle medicine, and respiratory therapy, we created Live 'n Breathe Wellness to share practical, proven strategies for better breathing, disease prevention, and overall well-being.

Our journey into health and wellness wasn’t just professional—it was personal.

Dr. Adam’s path as a family medicine physician and board-certified lifestyle medicine expert led him to explore deeper ways to help people reverse chronic conditions, regain energy, and live longer, healthier lives—all through evidence-based, natural interventions.

 

Malissa, a licensed respiratory therapist, spent years helping patients struggling with lung conditions, anxiety, and stress-related breathing issues. She saw firsthand how breathing techniques, relaxation strategies, and holistic therapies could transform lives.

Together, we realized a powerful truth: Wellness is more than just the absence of disease—it’s a way of life.

 

That’s why we launched Live 'n Breathe Wellness—to educate, inspire, and equip you with tools for optimal well-being, naturally.
